Yellowish-cream head, disappearing over veiled orange-brown beer. Wood, plywood, chocolate and rainwater, even a bit sewerwater. Wet cardboard or wet hay. Dry-bitterish, and metallic; again plywood. Cacaopowder, cacao-based liqueur. Faint ureum, iron and melanoidins. Medium bodied and quite slick; good carbonation. Bit homebrew-like. Txs to Stef!

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is dark malt, roasted notes, dried fruits, burnt caramel, touch of nuts. Flavour is medium sweet with a surprisingly bitter roasty finish for a Bock. Body is medium. A surprisingly good roasty bitter Bock.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, red-brown colour with small, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, dark and caramel malty aroma with minimally toasty and bready aspects, hints of malt lozenge, caramel, a touch of toffee. Taste is sweet-ish, dark and caramel malty, hints of toffee, malt lozenge, dark caramel, a bitter touch of burnt caramel, some bitter hop as well, minimally doughy yeasty overtones. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft, minimally prickly carbonation. Not overly deep, slightly restricted, minimally diluted malt flavours - OK.

Hazy brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour are dominated by caramel sweetness. A little bready and spicy too.

Bottle. dark brown color. Malty caramelly aroma with a hint of cinnamon. Malty sweet caramelly flavor, slightly alcoholic with hints of roast. Average but drinkable Dutch bock.
