Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Hazy dark caramel brown with light tan head. Sweet toasted caramel malts, big yeast presence, nutty, dried leaves, subtle spices, little plasticcy thing. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Pretty nice bock! --- Beer merged from original tick of Delftse Donderslag on 09 Jan 2018 at 09:48 - Score: 6

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy deep amber with small beige head. Brown sugar, dried dates, light raisins and wood. There’s also some dried fruits and herbs, hard to say what exactly, but there’s a generous helping of dust too. Light milk chocolate in the background and a grassy hoppy finish. Medium sweet, bitter and body with a bit of a watery feel. Surprisingly decent.
