Dark brown, not much head. Light choc, med body, low bitterness, some cocoa. I’d call this the basic stout, not catching much oatmeal character, would definitely like more body.

Black with brown head.Unpleasant sour nose… palate of coffee, diacetyl and light roast. Seriously flawed like many of their beers

650 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with dark tan head that settles quickly. Aromas of roasted barley/malts and creamy coffee. Flavors of watery creamy coffee, light chocolate and roasted malts. Simple, nice enough and easy to drink but not very notable.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Black color with beige nitro head. Mild aroma of chocolate, a bit creamy. Smooth mouthfeel, undercarbonated, with some chocolate flavor in the front, low bitterness, and a bit metallic in the final.
Not bad, but timid.

Draft - Sweet, roasty and some dark chcolate notes. Jet dark brown with a rich light brown head. Some roast, but mostly sweet cocoa and chcolate. Typical nice mouthfeel. Not bad, but flavours are a bit on the sweet and uninteresting side,

On tap at Black Kettle, pours black with a medium tan head. Aroma is typical for an oatmeal stout, with light roast, some sweetness, and a touch of cocoa and coffee. Flavour is pretty much identical, with a nice body of coffee, cocoa, roast and sweetness. A well-done by the books oatmeal stout.
