On tap. Pours a hazy dark Amber with moderate head. Aromas of fruity esters, rubber, and dark Christmas spice. Flavors follow same with additional dry coriander and Belgian yeast. Much more of a Belgian than an IPA. Nice.

On tap at Big Rock Urban, pours a hazy dark golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a good balance of Belgian yeast and citrus hops. Flavour is quite spicy, with lots of Belgian yeast upfront creating a pronounced spiciness, followed by coriander and orange peel, and ending with fairly astringent citrus hoppiness. Well-balanced and the coriander / orange peel is incorporated really well. Not subtle at all but that's a refreshing change in this unambitious local scene. Very good.

Draft - Sweet, perfumy, wheat and sweetness. Clearish gold with a small white head. Lots of sweet herbal and pear with a nice bitterness to balance. Solid.

Cloudy blond color, with greenish hue, and small compact head. The aroma is moderately spicy, with some grapefruit peel. Nice body strength, with light residual sweetness; the spicy character is very prominent, coriander and some clove; very strong bitterness, luckily with a nice amount of citrus fruits; very citrusy and pungent in the final.
Very good usage of hops.
Excellent.
