(Draught at King William IV, Leyton, London, 25 Apr 2013) Hazy yellow colour with brief head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of bread, tropical fruit and wheat. Fruity, malty, tart taste with tropical fruit, citrus and a slightly soapy wheat character. Balanced sourness. Light body, quite dry. Lacks the depth and freshness of the cherry edition, and reminds me more of a low alcohol fruit wheat beer. Drinkable but quite boring.

500ml bottle. Pours light gold with a small head. Aroma is light yoghurt and pineapple. Taste has light tart notes to start and a mild, sour yoghurt finish. Low carbonation, easy drinking.

Cask at the King William IV Bunny Basher - 30/03/13. Hazed pale golden with a thin white head. Nose is on the thin side, not a lot doing, touch pineapple, sugary canned fruit. Taste redeems this beer, touch of pineapple, sour/tarte tropical fruits, sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish. Drinkable sour but had less depth than the others for me.

Growler shared with Tomer at CBC Clerkenwell, London. Pours clear, pale yellow with a fine, white foam head. Sweaty armpits in the aroma, some lemon, light funk. Light sweet flavor with good tang, sweat, peach, lemon, light saltiness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, lightly drying, with further tangy fruits, salt, light lemony acidity. Nice.

Bottle, shared by Leighton, many thanks, no head, hazy pale yellow, fruity spicey aroma, with some maltiness in the back, aroma of applle and some pineapple, white wine vinegar like sourness. Easy to drink and not too sour.

Brewdog Shoreditch. Light haze on this gold beer, no head. Palate is light and crisp and dry. Fairly sour - tart white wine vinegar. Just a trace of pineapple. Dry finish with mild minerals. The least fruity of the London Sours so far and thus my least favourite - seems sharper too. Went down okay after a trip to the gym.
