Draft - Sweet yeast and lemony notes. Clear gold with a rich white head. Sweet yeasty and lemon notes with a sweet bitter finish. Not bad.

On tap. Pours a copper color with light head. Aromas of toffee and candied fruit. Flavors of same with pine and dill. Nice Sorachi Ace effort without overkill.

Draught and cask at the brewery
Keg (7-4-7-3-14=35): cloudy copper-amber color with small hard. the malt an hop aroma is milder than expected, with also a light biscuity note. Correct body strength, highly carbonated, therefore smooth mouthfeel; the malts are quite caramelly, the sweetness is moderate, it has a quite sharp ’Belgian’ yeast character, strong bitterness, and just light Sorachi presence. somehow too bitter in the end, with vegetable bitterness too.
A bit messy.
Cask, dry hopped with Sorachi (7-4-7-4-14=36): same color, same cloudiness, the sprinkler created more head. Same aroma. Lower carbonation, smoother; the flavor is then softer too, more apparent sweetness, the hop shows a bit more character.
Nice.

Hazy light amber, light estery aroma with caramels and a vague hoppiness. Moderately bitter up front, then a fair bit of sweetness kicks in, with light phenols (plastic) and tree fruit esters. Decent.

On tap at Main Street, pours a hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out Belgian yeast, some candied fruits, and some resinous hops. Flavour is less Belgiany, with piney hops, dry crackery malt, and finishing with some yeasty and fairly prominent astringency. Very well-balanced, with no harsh edges. Very nice beer.
