Taster at the brewery. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is bretts, funky. Taste is similar with bretts and hoppy bitterness, crispy. Pleasant.

Draft - Light leafy hips and fruity. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Dry Woody and funky notes. Very dry and Woody with a ton of fruity notes. Lots of competing flavours, none really standing up and making this beer as good as it could be.

Growler. Hazy tan. Thin head. The aroma on this one is probably more yeasty than anything else, with minimal brett influence, light pear and berry fruitiness. The brett is more apparent on the palate, though it hasn’t kicked all the way yet. This leaves more yeast on the palate than might be ideal, and the body is fairly full. There’s some nice underlying bitterness but not a lot of expressive hop character otherwise. I like it, but still, I’d like the brett to come out a bit more on this one.

Growler, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out notes of cabbage, light funk, and herbal hops. Flavour is refreshing, with herbal hops, some light funk, and a pithy bitterness on the finish. A little too vegetal and somewhat harshly bitter, but it's pretty solid.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. Aroma and flavor have a ’paper’ character, not exciting; the aroma is also puckery; the body is quite thin, and rather dry; light fruitiness from the hops, very mild acidity. Not bad, but neither the malts or the hops or the yeast are really expressive here.
More accidental than on purpose.
