I never rate a beer that isn’t a DIPA, BW, or IS this high. But here it is. The light golden body is topped by a very active pure white head. The nose is a nippy combination of mango and other tropical fruit, with a hint of the underlying sweet malt. The taste profile is as advertised - very juicy and fresh mango and other tropical fruit again, with a hint of lemon, a whiff of pepper and understated sweet bready malt. There is a dense texture and punchy taste here that you NEVER get in a beer with 4.7% abv. Very refreshing and a nice clean finish too.

Hazy orange pour, small beige head. Aroma is loaded with mango, papaya, and some vinous citrus. Good mouth feel, solid carb. Finish is low bitterness, super fruity, loads of mango, and great acidicty, and vinous character. Really nice.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention. Aroma of light tropical fruits with some resin and light rubber notes is quite particular. Taste is also dominated by tropical fruit notes with some resin notes and light rubbery notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Interesting take on this hops flavours but not sure I am totally convinced.

Draught at St. Augustine's, Vancouver
Hazy golden color with persistent compact head. After a few other boring beers, the aroma of this Mosaic Single Hop impresses, with a symphony of fruits, grapes and tropical fruits over all. The mouthfeel is very dry, lean, not too weak; the malt is expectedly in the background, but shows interesting crispy and toffee notes; the hopping is powerful, with the right amount of bitterness, and expressing all the greatness of the Mosaic, with dank resins and plenty of fruits, dry mango, white grapes, and a mix of citrus and tropical fruits.
This is an extremely well made Pale Ale!
