Draught at the brewery
12oz
Amber color with copper hue, hazy; small head. Huge hoppy aroma, piney and a bit citrusy, lightly musky. Round body; it has lean caramel flavor, with light residual sweetness, although it’s also a bit chewy; strong hopping, with a prominent resiny and piney character, but also a bit fruity, for a good balance. Hints of roasted nuts in the final.
If you like caramelly IPAs, this is for you. But also for me it’s very good and fairly clean.

Draft - Pithy grapefruit and peel. Clear gold with a decent beige head. Grapefruit, pine, pity and a long finish. Nice.

Hazy amber. light floral hop nose. Earthy hop character, chewy and a touch citrusy. Quite toasty in the finish. One of those malt-forward IPAs I have my doubts about.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a clear copper with a small beige head. Aroma brings out metallic notes, piney hops, and floral notes. Flavour brings out loads of piney and resinous hops, some floral notes, and a lightly sweet biscuity malt backbone. Extremely well-balanced, but I could see the sweetness becoming a little burdensome if drank in larger quantities. Very nice stuff.
