Cask, handpump at The Shoulder of Mutton, Wantage, Oxon 29.07.11 Pours gold with very good clarity and a filmy white head, citrus aroma’s on the nose. Crisp in the mouth but with some sweetness, nicely citric, some sweetened grapefruit and lemon, it’s very tasty. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9

Cask at the Windsor Castle, Lye. Pours a hazy gold with a small head. Aroma is slightly sweet and light citrus hops. Taste starts with some light citrus and a piney, citrus hop, medium bitter finish.
