On tap at North Fork, pours a hay amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out bready caramel, some English malt and a little dark fruit. Flavour is fairly boozy, with caramel, bready notes, alcohol and dark fruits. Quite boozy, but well-balanced and nice enough flavours. Solid barley wine.

Draft - Sweet caramel with some nice plum. Clearish copper with a beige head. Sweet caramel, touch medicinal and some burnt orange bitterness.

On Tap at the North Fork. Ckear meduim dark mahogany colr with nary a head and only slight traces of lacing. Wonderfull, sweet carmel, pitted fruit, raisons and brown sugar in the aroma. Flavors were similar with butter, vanila. Smooth and full bodied. Less bittering hops than I expected. Very nice.

Dark amber colour. Strong and sweet. A lot of brown sugary dark malt notes, a little bit of toastiness.

Their best offereing. Sweet brown sugar nose, medium bodied with some strange wineyness and a rounded finish.
