Nice champagne body and good foam, the apple aroma is parts dry, deep, round and wet - pie-like in many respects and very appealing. The flavour is chewy sweet apple with some tartness on the back end, a bit of green bitterness. Expertly balanced with just the right amount of residual sweetness.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear very pale golden with almost no head. Aroma is low to moderate sweet apples. Same taste. Very dry aftertaste though. Quite good.

Bottle sampled at Twisted Hills, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light baked apple spice and a little dry apple skins. Flavour is quite dynamic, with baked apple spice and crisp apple skins. Complex and well-balanced. Really nice.

Bottle - Nice cooked apple. Pale gold. Sweet cooked apple up front, little bubbly then very clean and dry. Well done.

Quite pale. A bit of bubble. Aroma is clean bright apple. Quite austere, very clean apple...makes a statement. Dry finish. Complex.
