Poured from the tap. Clear pale yellow with minimal white head. Mild green apple, some skin, with a mild white wine feel. Decent.

Okay clear medium gold body and little foam, modest carbonation, very faint dry apple aroma with soft twig notes. Flavour is soft apple. Mouthfeel is a little boozy but still dry. Okay but nothing stands out.

Taster from the bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear very pale golden with almost no head. Aroma is dry apples. Similar taste. Very clean. Good stuff.

Bottle sampled at Twisted Hills, pours a clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp citrusy apple skins. Flavour is very dry and crisp, with loads of green apple skins, some apple core and light tartness. Dry and crisp. Decent.

Tasting at Josh’s
Blond color, pale, with a light brown hue, no head, large bubble formation. Nice aroma, some Chardonnay, summer-like. Dry but with a good body, initially hits with a fair woody bitterness, but it mellows out as you drink it.
Good character.

Light golden colour, effervescent. Earthy apple character. Has a earthy apple skin character, and this is also finishing dry with a minerally character. Fairly simple in one sense but the dry earthiness makes it pretty enjoyable.
