Tap at Borefts 2019: Hazy amber colored brew with an heavy smokey aroma, the taste is dry bitter and hints of fruits, wood and perfume which is caused by the castoreum (beaver excretion product).

Tap @ Borefts 2012. Amber color. Fruity sweets and smoke in both aroma and flavor. The beaver must have behaved himself, because I didin’t notice its traces.

On tap at Borefts BF 2017. Clear gold colour. Smoke and rubber aroma and flavour. Awful. Rubber. Nasty smoke. Urinal cake.

Tap. Hazy amber color with tan head. Aroma is smoked ham, tea, musty, earthy, caramel. Taste is the same. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Quite tasty and moreish, despite the beaver glands...

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2017. A clear orange brown beer with a small beige head. Aroma of glue, peated malt, red fruits. Taste of glue, peaty malt, reddish malt, burned malt. Strange!

Clear orange beer, big solid creamy off-white head, very stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very smoky, beech wood smoke, camp fire, sweet touch, more smoke. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malty start, caramel, bitter, peated touch, bit funky and weird. Aftertaste: bitter, metallic touch, pretty peated still, weird...
