Flight at brewery. Pours murky yellow. Aroma is a bit tart with some fruity esters; well-balanced. Flavour is tart and yeasty with notes of strawberry. Pretty solid.

Milky yellow body with just a titch of head. Soft aroma of burnt plastic, you know how you took your soldering gun to your Transformers when you were eight years old. The flavour is bitter hop notes of no distinction with nothing else going on. Not really that sour and not really that great, I suppose that's where the ambiguation comes in.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma brings out lots of tropical fruits with some sweet and skunky notes. Tart taste doesn’t have so much fruitness though. Slightly hoppy and fruity aftertaste. Not bad.

Draught at the brewery, May 2014
Murky blond color with creamy head. The aroma is fresh, fruity, a bit peachy, some cantaloupe too. Smooth mouthfeel, quite dry; like a few beers by Brassneck, it has a very nice white bread character; there is a mild spicy yeast flavor too; ordinary bitterness. The final blends a touch of orange peel with the mild yeast astringency; and very light banana-like esters. The bread is still perceived quite a bit after drinking.
Pleasant, but a bit dirty in the flavor, this trait as well is common at Brassneck.

Draft - Nice citrus and some peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Nice sweet citrus, light stone fruit and a clean finish. Nice light and refreshing.

On tap. Pours a cloudy yellow/amber with light head. Very light aromas of melons and coriander. Fruity flavors of citrus, melons, green grapes, and coriander. Very nice - rating is somewhat penalized by the lack of nose...

Cloudy, pale, aroma is faint, but the flavour is really nice with a dash if brett, hints of orange and spice. It’s a bit yeasty but otherwise well balanced.

On tap at Brassneck, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out brett, lemon and some spice - quite an interesting nose. Flavour brings out lacto and brett, followed by citrus peel and a hint of spice. Very well-balanced and incorporation of the spices and brett. Good stuff.
