On tap at the brewery. The aroma is soft clean sourness with hints of funkiness. Has okay white foam and a clear yellow body. Flavour is good yeast backed up by sweet lager grain. Mouthfeel has okay fullness though not dry. It's decent but not very sour and not very interesting.

On tap at the brewery with Alex. Pours a hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma is sour and fruity. Taste is pretty the same with some slight brrad notes. Good and refreshing.

Cloudy blonde. No head. A bit of footy yeastiness, with lemon and yoghurt. Tart up front, some mellow malt sweetness and a pleasant lemony note. Fairly refreshing. Decent brew.

Draft - Ketchupy, dirty soured note. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light Ketchupy sourness and a light finish. I thin the yeast is where I get the ketchup notes. Similar to some Fantome beers.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a cloudy dull golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light citric acidity upfront, along with some zest and biscuity notes. Flavour is bright and refreshing, with citrus zest, citrus juice and wheat. Super juicy with a low acidity, making this highly quaffable. Really solid, though doesn't really strike me as a grisette.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy dark blond color. The aroma is citrusy, some lactic acid. The base beer has a papery malt profile, not very good, the wild fermentation adds a bit of acetic acid, undesired, but at least the lactic acidity is thirst quenching; low bitterness.
Clumsy but refreshing.
