Smells of earthy pears, maybe rolled around in the dirt by one of those dogs around here. Has a cloudy yellow body and just a bit of white head. Flavour is an odd sweet and meaty combo, heavy on the vegetably hops. Mouthfeel is full enough with modest crispness. It's okay, a little awkward in places but imma gonna drink it.

On tap. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Aromas of sour stoned fruit and gooseberries. Flavors follow same with additional a kettle sour with a bit more depth and mouthfeel.

At the brewery. Cloudy and yellow. Aroma is yeasty, bit yoghury lactic. Quite flavourful, lactic, nice pale malt sweetness, subtle tree fruit sweetness.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a cloudy pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto, some acidity, and light zesty citrus fruits. Flavour is very wild tasting with various wild yeasts in harmony, including brett and lacto. Very yogurty quality from the lacto, tempted well by the brett. Secondary notes of citrus. Complex and cohesive. Really nice.

2016-07-05, draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver, as Super Secret Sour Blonde, 5%, 7-3-8-4-16=38
Murky blond- orange color, small head. Pungent aroma, a lot of lactic acid, apparently some passion fruit (7.5). The body seems sweeter than the beer called Super Secret Saison, but it has a lot of character, apparently more Brett, followed by Asian citrus fruits, lemongrass, crackery malts, and tropical hint. Good acidity level, and clear lactic acid. I liked more the Super Secret Saison because drier, but this is also very good.

2015-08-06, draught at The Burrard Public House, Port Moody; 426ml, as Super Secret White Sour, 6%, 8-4-7-3-16=38
Cloudy light amber color, a bit dull, with small head. The aroma is wonderful, fruity, fresh; white grapes, honeysuckle, lightly sour. Light body, the malt profile is not special, and there is a feeling of green unripe fruits, but there is a delicate Brett touch that blends well with the mild fruitiness. Low bitterness, there is instead a mild acidity in the final.
Excellent sour. It would be great if they could keep the aroma and tune the flavor.
