Very weak soft grain on the nose, has cloudy yellow with very little foam. Flavour is soft lemon and citrus and salt. Mouthfeel is crisp with a good level of salt. This is mediocre however, nothing is pushing forward one way or the other.

On tap at Darby’s. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is sour, lemony with black pepper notes. Taste is pretty the same character. Refreshing.

On tap. Pours a cloudy tawny color with moderate head. Aromas of salt, wheat, and coriander. Flavors of same with addition citrus, vegetable market (in a good way) and more salt. Can’t get much pepper. Interesting.

Murky blond color, a bit orangey, no head. Some wheat in the aroma, vegetables too. The body is not too weak, the mouthfeel not too dry; wheat flavor, moderate salt, light pepper, this is an appreciated original touch, very light fruity esters.
Nice, a bit heavy and dirty though, not ethereal and thirst quenching as it could be.

Cloudy, thin head. Aroma is minimal but lots of flavour...wheat...bit of acidity and a bit of saltiness. Good gose.

On tap at the Four Winds Pop-up Restaurant event, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose is quite salty, with medium pepper notes, and light citrus tartness. Flavour is similar, bringing out notes of pepper and citrus tartness upfront - with mild saltiness in back. Well-balanced, citric and drinkable. Very good.
