On tap at the brewery, listed at 6.6% abv and 35 IBU. Soft citrus on the nose, has foggy orange body with soft foam. Flavour is bright citrus. Okay mouthfeel. Decent enough and drinkable.

Hazy pale. Light sweet pale malt nose. Hints of tartness, light berryish fruits and a dash of coriander, good, but not a lot of matcha, maybe a bit in the finish as it warms.

650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with light head. Aromas of lemonwax, honey, and banana peels. Flavors of lemon drops, white pepper, pears, and bitter orange rinds, with a nagging plastic-y note. Long bitter finish. Dunno.

Draught at 12 Kings, Vancouver
Cloudy blond color. It’s one of the two American variations of wrong Saison, not the mellow fruity one, but the one loaded with vegetables off flavors; it has some spices and regular bitterness. Don’t expect matcha tea: it wouldn’t work in a beer, and it’s anyway too expensive.
Not totally bad, mostly annoying on many levels.

Draft - Sweet Belgian yeasts with some wheat and citrus. Hazy yellow with a decent white head. Creamed wheat, some orange, light bitterness and an herbal note. I don’t get it.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Nose is bright, with notes of Belgian yeast, a little candied sugar, some tropical fruitiness and dough. Flavour is similar, with loads of tropical fruits upfront, followed by some citrus hopping, and just enough farmhouse notes. Not an authentic saison by any means, but a lovely tropical fruity Belgian ale of some sort. Really enjoyable stuff.
