Weißwein-Geruch. Im Antrunk Hopfen und Weißwein. Süß, alkoholisch, dennoch gut trinkbar (wenn man Wein mag...). Ein äußerst interessantes Bier mit starken Weineinschlag. 11/12/10/11//11

draft@Chez Moeder Lambic: hazy orange with a white fluffy, disappearing head, smells sweet with slightly tart white grapes & dry white wine plus yeast as well as wet clothes, taste is sweet with lots of sweet white wine that almost blocks out any beer-characteristics but there is an undertone of like a sweet lambic, faint yeast, sweet fruit, slight champagne taste, hint of wine-like alcohol, light & slightly sparkling, very interesting, haven’t had anyhing even remotely like this before & nice, according to the bartender they actually mixed wine with beer for this one but he has been wrong before

Note de marshmallow et herbacé.

7th March 2010. Draft at Moeder Lambic. Hazy gold beer. A little white head. Dry sweet creamy malt. A little bubblegum and a tiny bit of peach and orange. Finishes dry. Not bad. 3.4

GBBF Day 2. Bottle. Hazy reddish beer, like watered down red wine. Small pink head. Airy smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft red wine. Some very light tannins. Soft dry winey fruits. Light yeasty esters Light dry finish. Nice. Could be punchier, but very drinkable.

Draught Small, but persistent off-white head over hazy, dull-orange beer. Spicy nose with citrus, and lactic acid. Not quite Bretty, but somewhere near. Spicy, less sourish than anticipated. Again citrus and with an obvious vinous streak, it has a sangria reminiscence. Acidcontent seriously thinning the body, making the salivary glands do overtime. Long fruity aftertaste. Special, but it has an "unfinished" feeling, as a young lambic just out of its ropey fase.
