Our I.P.A. is a dark-blonde beer with an emphatic, hoppy flavour. I.P.A. stands for India Pale Ale, a British type of brew in which the alcohol percentage and hop recipe were boosted so that the beer would survive the long sea voyage to the colonies. This recipe turned out to be a real winner and quickly became popular.
In our I.P.A., we add hops to the beer during the maturing process as well as the brewing to produce delicious aromas of grapefruit and flowers. A beer with a fruity, bitter aftertaste that lingers for a long time.

[33cl bottle from an AH supermarket in Amsterdam.] An amber pour with a tight white head and lively carbonation; aroma of lemon and yeast; lemony taste; then a pithy citrus bitterness to finish.

At TLVCBF, small bubbly head, clear deep yellow color, aroma of mango citrus and some flowers, quite sweet with tropical fruit and fruit drops, empathic medium strong citrusy bitterness. Nice.

Bottle, 6.5%. Good caramelly aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour is quite bitter. Has a mild caramelly aroma hop note. Papery and grassy finish. Good mouthfeel.

Notater fra et hyggelig rb-treff på Tau med trekkspilleren og seremonimesteren: en 0,33 flaske (bb. 11/21) fra Schipol lufthavn. Lett uklar gyldeen med fint skum som varrer. Tydelig humleprofil både i aroma og smak - brennenesle, furunål, besk citrus. Tørrhumlet med Cascade, Citra og Mosaic.

33cl bottle from hopt.it, France. Pours loaded amber, with fine white foam. Aroma is citrus, floral. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium-high bitter, continuing into the final.

bottle from hopt clear yellow smooth white head. totally perfumey aroma, smells like soap. lemons, oranges. flavor is like soap, even the bitter notes, taste like eating shower dusch. I am afraid it *is* soap so this will be a rare drainpour.
