Fermented with lactic acid producing bacteria to be assertively sour, yet refreshingly light. With hints of lemon and pineapple, this beer is fabulous with food and does not compete with your palette.

Draft - Tart citrus and passion fruit. Hazy gold with a decent white head. Acidic, sour passion fruit and peel. Sounds good, but isn’t.

On tap at Big River, pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out light funk, lactic notes, some tart citrus, and acidity. Flavour is strange, with soapy floral hops, light tartness, and some zest. Too soapy, with medium citrus acidity. Weird stuff. Not terrible but there's something wrong here.

Hazy and very pale. Lots of lacto. Bit of canned peach character. Clean, very refreshing, with subtle, sweet fruitiness. I liked this better than the Four Winds one...times are changing down at Big River.

Draught at the brewpub
Hazy dark blond color, small to no head. Light, lemony, refreshing, with light spicy wheat touch. Simple but pleasant.
