Draft - Sweet and extremely fruity with mango, mandarin and citrus. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Lots of tropical fruit and a decent bitter bite. Pretty solid.

2014-06-13, cask at the brewery, dry-hopped with Ella, 7-4-8-4-16=39
Cloudy deep blond color with compact head. Fresh aroma, crispy malt, hops, some resins and light sweat. Dry and smooth mouthfeel; good pale malt profile, prelude to strong bitterness, with a lot of hop oils, a light musky feeling, mild fruitiness; a bit of chicory in the final. Very drinkable.
Excellent.

Hazy light golden color with medium sized compact head. Very nice aroma, quite delicate, with se fruits, vanilla talc, and light animal sweat. Dry and lean mouthfeel; the malt profile is simple, se straws, and leaves room for the ample hopping; the bitterness level is high, the hops are quite resiny, could be fruitier indeed. Just a bit too bitter in the final, but it doesn’t spoil the overall impression.
A summer IPA, it plays more with the bitterness than the rest.

On tap at Main Street, pours a clear copper with a medium white head. Nose brings out lots of floral hops, soapy qualities, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is quite pungent and extremely well-balanced, with loads of floral hops, some piney quality, and biscuity malt. A lot of residual sugar that is excessive (and surprising given the aromatics). Too sweet for me.

Keg & Cask (rating for keg). Golden and bright. Creamy head. Aroma has some pine/citrus...not southern but really nice. Light, clean pale malts, snappy bitterness, slightly citrusy hop character.
