(Had this a few times when it was still brewed in De Prael’s kettles). 33cl bottle @ home. Golden blonde color, a bit hazy. Small white head. Aroma’s: grainish malts, some fruit, somewhat stale, dusty (strange). Flavor is light sweet, malty, sweet fruit. Light bodied. Finishes with a mild bitterness. Pleasant enough every now and then.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, some tiny debris floating around, medium head. Aroma of a little malt, not much hop, soft cacao and some spicy herbal yeast notes. Soft taste, bit sweet, some chocolaty notes, bit spicy. Interesting about this beer is that if you wouldn’t know it was a blonde beer and would taste it blind, you might have the feeling this was a darker abbey double kind of beer. :-)

Looks like a regular standard pilsener or pale lager, but the smell and taste are less good. Not much more to tell about this beer. Taste, rate, forget.
