Bottle from CBC in Dallas. 1023 stamp. Lo-ball back at the lodge. Clear cranberry juice pour, quick soda sizzle. Smell is floral sweet, mellow cranberry & dry grape. Obvious sweet & tart cranberry over a mellow sweet & pithy cider base. A touch of cherry/hibiscus, tea tannins & mild grassiness. Strong sharpness, low carbonation, a bit too sweet. Okay+.

Pours a very nice red. The rose-hips are quite strong and a bit overpowering. Nice cranberry notes. Very perfumy. Sweet with a tart and dry finish. Decent. Hard to drink more than a few sips.

Bottle - Apple, cranberry and nice tartness. Clear deep pink/red with no head. Sweet cranmberry, apple and some floral notes. Nice tartness to balance the sweetness and a nice finish.

Sampled at Finnriver, pours a clear pink with no head. Aroma is sweet, with the flowers way upfront. Flavour is medium sweet with lots of flowers. Well-balanced and highly drinkable. Good stuff.
