Pale straw body. Slight floral aroma, soft honey sweetness. Taste is an earthy yet sweet honey, soft hessian, ending with lingering sweetness. A little one dimensional but okay.

Quite pale. Has a sticky, honeyish nose, light, toasty, this has a fun character, almost nutty. Great complex floral finish

Bottle, pours a clear yellow. Nose brings out light honey, with moderate sweetness. Flavour is moderately sweet for a mead, with fairly low quality honey coming through. Pleasant and alcoholic, but not overly complex. Okay.

Bottle, pours a clear yellow. Aroma brings out thick honey, in good balance without too much sweetness. Flavour is thick, with medium honey prominence, with some floral quality and medium sweetness. Not the most complex, but nothing off about it. Good stuff.

Bottle at the meadery, synthetic cork, vintage 2009
Very pale color. Light aroma of honey and nuts, very light chemicals. Sweet, but not completely syrupy, with quite high acidity level, very light honey presence; quite lemony character too.

Bottle - Light acetone and honey notes. Clear almost no color. Light sweet honey notes. Nicer than the smell. Sweet but decent.
