Okay milky yellow body and some modest foam. Smells of soft piney corn, slight sweetness. Taste is good hops, slight pineapple hints. Medium carbonation and full. Adequate and serviceable.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Cloudy golden orange yellow with off white head. Belgian yeast, mild spice, hint of banana. Almost like a tripel / hefe cross. Decent.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear golden aith a white head. Aroma is slightly sweet, Belgian yeasts, earty, somewhat similar to Saison. Taste is pretty the same with some citrusy notes. Very good.

Draught at the brewery
Golden or light amber color, a bit dull, small head. Light aroma of fruity yeast, spice and paper. Good body strength, moderately sweet, the malt has a fruity accent, there is some spice from the yeast, but it also has a very strong flavor of vegetables, tomatoes, and the alcohol creates a boozy feeling; the hopping is strong and quite good though.
It has the flaws of many other high octane Belgian imitations.

Brassy and with just a touch of chill haze. The aroma is fruity, bit yeasty, with some appley character and alcohol. Strong alcohol with caramelly malts...same profile as subcontinental strong lager, albeit with cleaner malts and a slightly more refined fruitiness. Still, if you called it Himalaya 9000, it would not be out of line.

On Tap. Pours amber with light head. Aromas of muddled fruit and yeast. Flavors are the same with burnt orange and raw malts. Similar profile to their other beers. Needs some work.

Update - Draft - Light sweet esters and a surprisingly balanced finish. Booze is really well integrated. Draft - Meaty, sweet grains and some esters. Clear gold with a decent beige head. Fruity sweet, estery yeast and an odd fruity sweet bitter finish. Not a fan.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a hazy bright orange with a small white head. Nose brings out lots of Belgian yeast and candied sugar. Flavour is heavy on the candied sugar, with an authentically Belgian yeasty quality to it. Not too sweet or yeasty, but balanced really well. Highly drinkable despite the ABV. Very good.
