Siren is fermented with a unique yeast that highlights both malt and hops. This beer balances a rich malty body with an assertive hop bitterness. New-season whole centennial hop flowers lend a classic west coast citrus-like hop character.

Can - Piney hops me some caramel. Cloudy Amber with a nice beige head. Lots of sweet caramel, orange notes and piney hops. Bitterness is a bit much in conjunction with a dry finish.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Red dark amber color, beautiful, with compact head. Mild aroma, caramel. Good body strength, powerful caramel flavor, that, not in strength but in style, reminds me of the profile of English Barley Wines, medium sweet, a bit nutty; strong bitterness with a good balanced mix of hop resins and dark fruits.
Good beer, they got the max out of the ingredients.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy amber with a medium beige head. Nose brings out dry caramel biscuity malts above anything, with a low citrus hops presence. Flavourful dry, but juicy, caramel malts are upfront, along with a moderate citrus hop presence to round out the flavour profile - not a whole lot else, but for an imperial red, this is very well-balanced. No hint of the higher alcohol; rather the drinkability is very high. Good stuff.
