Soft bright yellow body and little foam, sweet vinuous apple giving off strong white wine hints. Flavour is more white wine, vinegar notes. A bit succulent, could use more layering.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hay color with no head. Aromas of spicy yellow apples. Flavors of crisp fresh apples and light apple pie spice. Nice and clean - easy drink.

Tasting at Matt’s, 7.1% ABV
Pale blond color. Very nice aroma, apples, citrus fruit, light hazelnut. The mouthfeel is very dry, quite acidic, with too simple cider/apple flavor, very lemony. Weak but sour final.
Not exciting.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very sweet, with baked apple pie, caramelized sugar, and some light champagne yeast notes. Flavour is quite dry and tart, with dry apples, champagne yeast, some light dry caramel notes, and a little cinnamon. Medium carbonation, with a mouthfeel that begins somewhat sweet and finishes dry. Very nice stuff.

Bottle - Sweet and tart Apple. Pale yellow gold. Very tart, almost vinegar like and a dry finish. As a sour fan I can appreciate this, but not sure it work in a cider setting.

Brewery Creek
Light yellow/straw colour. Still. Appley nose with slight apricot and mellow floral honey notes. Very dry...puckering apple flavour with light tannin. Clean tartness is almost lactic, though certainly not as complex as I’m used to in beers this sour. Obviously they achieved their objective, but I’m not sold on this as a standalone drink. It gets more enjoyable as it warms but IMO it needs some sort of bloomy rind or chevre to provide a foil for the acidic assault. Not unlike Tantalus Old Vine Reisling, this is clearly meant to accompany food, so a bit of a tactical error on my part taking it on its own.
