Tap at barhop2. Hazy yellow pour, big white head. Earthy, grassy, malted wheat Aroma.. Slight barrel notes. Hints of sage, and woody lemon skin. Lively carb and mouth feel. Low bitterness, grassy, lemongrass finish. Earthy barrel and wheat to round it out.

Bottle: Poured a hazy blonde color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry Brett notes with some fruity ester with some vinous notes is pretty complex. Taste is a mix of dry Brett notes with some fruity ester with some complex vinous notes and light oak presence. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting but lacks some balance between all the different flavours.

A hazed golden saison with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grape skin, light fruity esters, light lemon, OK. In mouth, a sweet sour mix of cereal malt, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice. On tap at Bar Volo.

Update - Bottle - much mores stone fruit and less feet. Nice. Bottle - Funky, bit of feet and light citrus. Hazy and cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light funk, creamy light cheese notes and some citrus.
