Flight at brewery. Pours clear yellow. Aroma is quite yeasty with some floral notes. Flavour is also very yeasty with some pear and floral notes. Not super complex, but nice beer.

Nearly zero foam on a clear lighter gold body. Smells of floral hops with a bit of suntan lotion. Taste is a nice chewy grain, slight spice, good floral hops ending smooth but a little wet. Clean and approachable, not especially memorable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale golden qith a white head. Aroma is floral, slightly fruity and funky, with some dirty notes. Taste is slightly sour, with floral bitterness and some wild yeasts notes. Interesting combination like 80% of saison and 20% of wild sour.

On tap. Pours a clear Amber with very light head. Aromas of bananas, bubblegum and ash with a bit of lingering sulphur. Flavors are same with more emphasis on fruit. Somewhat sweet. Okay

Draft - Light grains, funky socks and citrus. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky fruity esters, light grassy bitterness and a light spice and yeasty finish. Not bad.

Pours cloudy yellowish with a smooth head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, grass and fruits. Taste is smooth, citrusy and fruity with some yeastiness and spices. Finish is a bit musty, sweet, yeasty and spicy with some fruits and citrus. Okay.

Very cloudy yellow, aroma is pretty yeasty, there’s pear, touch of pale malt, and a bit too much yeast still. Light acidity, some real potential but more time in the tank, clean it up a bit.

Draught at the brewery
Muddy blond color with creamy head. Light spicy aroma, manure. Smooth, not too dry, with decent spicy profile, light fruitiness, but also quite yeasty, with some final astringency. The bitterness is stronger than in the average Saison.
Good but unrefined.

500mL growler, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma of light funk, some fruity notes and a little yeast. Flavour is very refreshing, with loads of fresh juicy hops, dry wheat and some light funk. Super refreshing and juicy, while still remaining dry. Great stuff.
