Deep gold w light haze. Medium head. Has a solid malt aroma. Has a crackery, slightly caramelized malt note, light bitterness, touch of leafy hop.

Bottle. Clear golden orange with a tall, off-white head. Bountiful bright hop notes in the aroma with some sweet malt. Medium bodied. Flavor has a very bright hop profile. Citrus and some spicy earth notes. Sweet, semi-toasted malt holds it all together. At sub-five percent, this is a standout.

On tap at Horse Brass pub in Portland-USA. Pours nutty/amber hazy color, super tick off white head with so much retention. Nose: tea, orange, some mango, a bit crazy experiment to mix Eng and American styles. Mouth: again English all the way, more nutty, more American fresh hops. Lovely. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Half pint cask at brewery. Dark golden color. Cask head but less lacing then the other 3 beers at my table. That authentic musty and wet malt aroma. Cask-flattish mouthfeel. Flavor has a light touch of hops, wet sweet white bread. A little sticky on the enamel. A bit boring, even for the style.

On cask at Machine House, pours a mostly clear golden with a small head. Aroma is subtle, with English hops, with cereal malt and straw. Flavour is very authentic, with a fair dose of English hops, some fruitiness, and dry biscuity malt. Well-balanced and drinkable, but jot overly interesting.

Pump - Fruity esters and citrus astringency. Cleanish gold with a decent white head. Pithy, fruity bitter cardboard. Long bitter finish.

Draft pour at Special Brews. Pours a solid copper color with very little head. Grainy aroma. Really wet old malt flavor wi the a bitter malt finish. Decent sessionable beer. Less my style, but not too bad.

Draught at The Beer Junction, Seattle, as Gold English Pale Mild, 4.5% ABV
Cloudy golden color. Light yeast aroma. The malt is a bit biscuity, the mouthfeel is soft, there is done yeast, the hopping has a mild zesty component.
Pleasant.
