Light gold colour. The aroma is rich honey, almost like leatherwood. It’s heavy, sticky, with that same rich, dense honey character. I quite like this.

Bottle - Flowery, grassy herbal notes. Like a garden and in a good way. Clear gold. Tastes just as it smells, mellow honey, herbal, grass and a nice long finish. Very nice.

2012 vintage. Bottle, courtesy fiulijn (thanks Alex), pours a clear pale yellow. Nose brings out lots of elderflowers and light honey - lovely aromatics. Flavour is elegant, bringing out elderflower and honey. Very sweet, but never cloying. Complexity level is extremely high. ABV is very well-hidden. Wonderful stuff.

Pale yellow color. Delicate aroma, wax, honey, flowers. Pleasant sweetness, subtle honey flavor, birch sap, a bit flowery, the acidity is a bit too light and it has some woody tone in the final. It’s lightly spicy too.
Very good.
