Draft - Nice piny grapefruit hops with a sweet caramel backbone. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Lots of pine, nice bitterness and caramel sweetness. Very solid with a good balance.

Amber, bright. The aroma is fruity hop...smells peachy, berryish, but also strong. Big palate, chewy and bitter, lots of alcohol, IIPA by any other name.

On tap at Big Ridge, pours a clear golden / copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with secondary notes of floral hops and soft biscuity malt. Flavour is quite robustly hoppy, with lots of piney and floral hops. Just enough biscuity malt to back. This is really well-balanced, by clearly a hop bomb. One of the better Big Ridge beers.

On tap. Pours a dark copper with moderate head. Aromas of grapefruit, pine, and sweet malts. Flavors of pink grapefruit, toffee, and toasted malts. Nice fruity IPA that’s easy to drink. Very nice.

2015-11-16, draught at the brewpub, as Clover IPA, 6.5% ABV, 6-5-7-3-13=34
Hazy amber color with creamy head. The aroma is hoppy, but also buttery. Lean body, the malts are a bit chewy, the hopping is zesty, resiny; a bit grassy in the final; overall I like it, but the diacetyl is almost unbearable.
Controversial.

Hazy golden color; small creamy head. Nice aroma of fruity hops, mellow, with some late oranges and bubblegum. The malt/toffee flavor is reasonably good, the hopping is quite satisfactory too, although a bit rough (more bitter than aromatic); there are some decent fruity components from the hop. Strong and long final, a bit cheesy. Good beer, not exciting though.

Has plenty of hops on the nose but nothing else. Has an okay light brown body with minimal head. Flavour is very hoppy with just a hint of citrus. Bready finish. Like all Big Ridge stuff, it’s reasonably well crafted but hardly a standout.
