Men annars gott.

No entiendo tantas buenas valoraciones.

Foam: pale brown to white, not long lasting. Colour: clear dark red to brown. Aroma: malty, caramel, sour fruit, burnt brown sugar, a hint of some spice and fortified wine. Taste: sweet/sour, caramel, raspberries, plumy, baked apple, cognac, winey, syrupy sour fruity mouthfeel, moderate bitterness in finish, good carbonation, quite full body, interesting strong Abt.

Bottle at the Delirium Monasterium, Brussels. Poured a medium brown with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is sweet malt, light red berry fruit, light acid. The flavour is moderate sweet with a rich sweet roasty malt, cheesy yeast, light liqourice fruit palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
