It’s just a helluva shock. Something that gets the adrenalin pumping like a 400 volt shot in a copper bathtub has to be good for the soul.
Join the hardcore elite, screw down the throttle and ride. Ride until your lungs bleed and your arms numb. Gun the fucker. Don’t pull back, or slow down until the crazy music starts.
Then sit, stunned, wall-eyed, open mouthed, in the realization this mother will drill you with Panzer-like efficiency. And you’ll beg for more.
Malts: Maris Otter, Crystal malt, Caramalt.
Hops: Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe / Dry Hops: Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe.
Note: First batch brewed December 2009, replacing the original Hardcore IPA in 2010.

On tap. Pours almost amber, clear and looking solid. Aroma is sweetish-hoppy, definitely some higher alcohol there, fruity aromas. Taste is a bit sweet, hop bitterness is there but overshadowed by fruity sweetness. Matches superbly with some sweet dried fruits, the fruity character of this beer blend sublimely with the sweetness and acidity coming from fruits. Didn’t really expect that. Good stuff, not overly complex but still great.

Amber colour, moderate head. Aroma of tropical fruit on the base of solid syrupy maltiness. Resin also. Full body. The taste is very hot combining strong syrupy maltiness, medium bitter hoppiness. Resin, fruit, blossom. Long hoppy ending. A nice experience.

Refrigerated 11.2 oz. brown bottle best before 3:30 pm May 22, 2015 poured into a glass. Deep orange with small off-white head. Aroma is light grassy hops and malt, medium body, low carbonation, and good medium-bubble lacing. Taste is some dank hops, some herbal hops, and bitter finish. Probably past its prime.

Light red color. Low carbonation. Dry, bitter hops. Sweet with malt, as I expect for the style. I almost taste some oak. Herbal, and dry in the finish.

Poured into a taster showing dark dried orange /onion brown and moderately filtered. Alot of sweet malt and apricot, very similar to a Belgian Ale on the nose. Medium bodied, almost syrupy, but malty without the sweetness. Light IPA sharp bitterness at the finish, but has a long linger.

Color ambar, clara, apenas espuma. Aroma muy marcado, fuertemente floral y a naranja amarga. Cuerpo. Y sabor brutal que llena la boca de aromas. Mandarina, naranja, y flores. Super amarga y contundente. Cada trago una experiencia. Largo postgusto amargo. Una IPA llevada al extremo. Tiene que gustar el estilo. A mi me encanta.

Butelka 0.33l (27.02.2016 /108).
