Ya know sometimes it’s just: sweet dough yeast malt, meh. East vs West at the Only.

A golden amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, light fruity malt with light fruity esters, candy sugar, plums, OK. In mouth, a sweet fruity malt with wooden character, light coffee, a bit astringent, interesting but a bit strange. Cask at Beau’s Oktoberfest 2014.

A hazed amber ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light funk, grassy hops, light citrus, fragrant. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with grassy hops, biscuit malt, bilous hops, bitter, a bit unbalanced. On tap at c’est what beer fest.

Draft - Pale malts, light sugars and sweet light Belgian yeast. Hazy gold with a rich white head. Sweet light grains and a little acetone with some bittering hops. A little harsh.
