Bottle from the brewery. Cloudy orange yellow with a one finger white head that laces well. Nose is wheat, bananas, bubblegum and quite a bit of pepper and cloves. Light sweet start with a bit more bitterness than a typical Weizen but not overly so and a well balanced spiciness that is more subtle than the nose. Medium light mouth with active carbonation and a crisp finish. I like the additional hop character to this one.

Draft - Banana and some grassy hops. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Banana and a hoppy bitterness with some slight fruit notes. Not bad, the hop adds a nice refreshing dimension.

On tap at the brewpub. The cloudy milky honey color isn’t that appetizing. Nice hoppy aroma with a good dose of wheat. Sharp carbonation,  the taste is weizen cloves, light banana with a sharp bitter hoppy bite near the finish with the mosaic dry-hopping really coming through. Once it warmed up more weizen quality came through, nice it just loses points on looks/body.

A hazed blonde weizen with a thin lacing frothy off white head. In aroma, banana, citruy hops and cloves, fruity esters. In mouth, a nice banana malt with peppery notes, floral and citrus hops, nice.

Very nice. Reminds me of the Brooklyn-Schneiders collaboration. Great hoppy head with light banana and clove. Average carbonation. Cloudy orange pour with good head and lacing. Bitter and light sour finish. Good stuff. On tap at Rhino summer fest.
