Bomber.
Clear good pour, medium white head. Aroma is sharp and big on pine. Soft, mineral, maltiness with some biscuit. Good carb and mouth feel. Medium bitter finish with some solid malts and good hops. Hints of citrus but mostly pine with some pithy bitterness.

The first beer at the brewery shared with the missus. Pale gold with white head. The nose a malty hay with mild, mild barely bitter hops. The taste is similar of hay malts, mild hops. Alright. Hardly worth having to sit under a tv playing the Jay’s game. Luckily this beer was the most unimpressive offering there that day.

Draft - Light grains and toasted malts. Clear gold with a rich white head. Lots of pale malts and a light nuttiness. Finishes with some malts. Nothing but pale malts in this.

A golden ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, faint grapefruit, not bad. In mouth, biscuit malt with grassy citrusy hops, not bad.

Pretty unremarkable. Hops profile very low, but the malt is nice. Pours clear golden with some lacing. Finishes crisply. On tap at The Only Cafe.
