On tap at Swans Hotel, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out coriander spicing upfront, followed by citrus and wheat. Flavour brings out lots of citrus upfront and spicy coriander. Nice mix of flavours. Well-constructed and more interesting for the style.

Draft - Lemon, grass, banana and spice. Cloudy yellow, with a thin white head. Bitter lemon, grass, banana and a long yeasty bitter finish. A little harsh and edgy for a Wit.

Tap. Cloudy yellow. Low head. Fine flowery citric hop aroma. Pleasant citrus flavor, lime orangepeel. Citrus yeast and hop notes work well together, spices not apparent. Medium body, light sparkly. Fine rendition of the style.

Cloudy pale blond color with small head. Strong spicy aroma, with accent on cloves, and light fruitiness. Off-dry mouthfeel; good spicy character with delicate fruitiness. Correct bitterness.
Atypical but pleasant.

Muddy blond color. Light wheat character. From the aroma and taste I guess they used ginger, in a correct way, even if it’s not my kind of beer.

Hazy yellow colour. Strong mandarin and coriander nose. Lightly fruity, wheaty flavour profile. A fairly mild, but balanced wit.
