Good yellow body with small carbonation, no head. Soft apples on the nose, not too sweet, vague lemon vinegar hints. Flavour is chewy apples, meaty in a good way, coming across almost as smoky. Reasonably dry finish. Quite nice and full.

Bottle at CiderWISE, pours a clear dull blonde. Nose brings out medium sweet apple skins with medium acidity. Flavour is low-to-medium sweetness, with dry apple skins, medium acidity and a champagne-like effervescence on the finish. Well-carbonated and dry on the finish. Very well-made and enjoyable.

Refrigerated 75 cl clear bottle with flip-top. Clear pale golden with very small white head. Aroma is light apple, medium carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is dry white vinous and light apple. Alcohol is well covered, but too dry for my taste.

Bottle at the cidery
Pale yellow color. Delicate and balanced aroma, fruity and a bit flowery. Semi-dry mouthfeel, well carbonated, the body is not weak, it has a good apple flavor and moderate acidity, a bit of alcohol and light astringency in the final.
Similar to French cider. Good.

Bottle - Fresh apple and cinnamon. Very light bubbly gold. Fresh apple, light melon and a long finish. Dry, but not that interesting.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear, pale gold with light head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of tart golden apples. Nice tart green apple flavor with a good dose of carbonation followed by a lighter, sweeter applesauce finish.

2012 vintage (April 16-2012-19). Completely clear straw yellow hued pour with signs of carbonation but no visual head (unlike their other ciders). Aromas are nicely warming, zesty, fresh baked bread, a bit yeasty, doughy, good acid, tannic apple skins, vibrant fruit. Exceptionally good nose. Flavors are quite fruity, medium dry. A but heavy on the body for what I expected. Slightly carbonic. Vibrant fruit, good strong acid balance with medium tannin. Pretty clean otherwise, very light sulfur. Slight hint of leathery funk as it warms. Very pleasant.

500ml bottle from CapFlu, thanks Todd. Nose of fresh tart green apples, very fresh and moderately tart smelling. Pale yellow with a small head of clear bubbles, the head dissipating quickly, but bubbles lingering on the glass sides and slowly releasing with more forming. Flavor is very tart with a moderate green apple flavor along with some apricots and a bit of background sweetness. A very tiny hint of sweetness lingers with some tartness for a finish. This is one even the sour beer boys might even like!
