A golden lager in the traditional Munich brewing style. This is what you find on tap in Bavaria instead of a Pilsener. With more malt character and less hop bitterness than a pilsener, our Helles is full flavored but crisp. Slightly lighter bodied than our Seven Sisters Münchner.

Short pour at the Prado 5 Seasons. Pale , bubbly yellow, with a small, white head. Nose of hay, apple, caramel, and some cloves and bubblegum. Sweet, with a little bitterness. Light to medium body, sticky and chewy. This is a pretty nice, yeasty, lager.

Draft - Light cereal and malts. Clear gold with a thin white head. Cereal and a grainy sweet finish.

Brewvival Trip Beer 32. Pours a clear golden color with a medium sized creamy white head. Decent head retention. Aroma of bread and grassy hops. The taste is grass, grain, faint fruitiness. Medium bodied.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity grainy aroma with weak grassy hints. Sweetish fruity grainy malty flavor. Has a sweetish malty grainy finish with some hoppy hints.

Golden with a fairly thick head. Slightly bready, but overall mild aroma. Palate is bready and clean. It’s a fresh, refreshing brew.

Tap. Apple/orange malt aroma. Golden yellow color with moderate head. Lightly sweet apple malt flavor. Nice body especially for the style. A very well made Helles.
