Draft at Tatsu, Narita Airport. Slightly hazy golden yellow, off-white head. Aromas: herb, citrus, wheat, light banana. Tastes of herb, spice, citrus, wheat. Light body.

Tap at Tatsu, NRT. Hazy yellow colour, small steady white head. Lots of bubblegum in the nose, some banana. Light to medium-bodied. Bubblegum, clove and banana in the flavour. Decent hefeweizen.

Weizen, a lightly cloudy straw gold with nice Belgian lace left along the glass & a lingering film. Surprisingly strong peppery clove aroma, quite appetizing! Medium bodied with a solid mouthfeel, this beer keeps getting better & better. The taste is what I like in a weizen, very spicy pepper, cloves & maybe even cinnamon-like hints. A dry finish leaves you wanting more, surprisingly strong showing! Best of the 3 beers I had, this batch was in fine form.

Draft - Huge banana nose with a bit of candy. Hazy yellow with a decent head. Banana and a bit of honey. Nice bit sweet.
