Oak barrel aged for over 100 days in Burgundy wine barrels, the beer is a light-bodied Ale pouring copper red in color with a golden hue. Displays mellow aromas of vanilla and light toffee combined with some red wine notes. Smooth tasting with a mild hop flavor balanced with layered flavors of hazelnut, toasted oak and red fruit. Hand crafted in collaboration with the award winning Quails’ Gate Vineyards. Our Signature beer – Hop Head India Pale Ale – was allowed to mature for over nine months in used French Oak barrels that previously aged their award winning Marechal Foch.
