Bottle @ home. Pours very dark brown with a small creamy light brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, light wood, sweet dark dried fruit, raisins, mild whisky. Flavor is rather sweet, roast malt, caramel, light burnt notes, wood, licorice, dried fruit, rasins, whisky, alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish with warming alcohol. 090919

Bottle, shared with Zmajska folks at BeerGeek Bar. Almost pitch black chestnut body, thick tan head. Sweetish dry aroma, big alcohol notes, caramel, sweetish raisin-like touches. Light taste, soft wood, raisins, chanky, vague bitter touches. Nice enough, just needs some more body and creaminess to truly shine in my subjective opinion.
