Light golden in color with a slightly hazy appearance and frothy white head. The nose expressed notes of white pepper, clove and banana. Bright and earthy on the palate, balanced by pleasant spice notes and an extremely dry, effervescent finish.

750 ml bottle shared by Sara W. Dated sticker reads 12 / 2014. Pale gold color with thin head in a Trillium snifter. Aroma is dried hey, clove, light yeasty Belgian notes and a touch of alcohol. Flavor is about the same with the alcohol showing a tad in the finish. The palate and texture become very dry after sipping. The glass went down easy without any problems.

Pours hazy pale gold into a tulip. White head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Dusty leaves and over-ripe banana aromas. Soft with bitter hay, earth, clove and banana upfront turning dry in the hot, lasting vegetal finish.
