The 12th in a series of beers brewed to celebrate our first festival, Friends & Family & Beer, is a Sweet Coconut and Chai Stout brewed with our friends from Monkish, Other Half, Trillium and The Veil. Infused with Bundobust's chai spice blend, as well as coconut, vanilla and almonds, this unique dark beer is one to take your time over, unravelling its many layers.
Aroma & Flavour: Cardamom and clove lead, blending with cocoa and coconut cream, and followed by cinnamon, warm ginger and sweet vanilla
Body: Full-bodied, luscious, rich and silky
Aftertaste: Sweet coconut and toffee, but with dryness provided by a lasting spice heat

Keg at the Bermondsey taproom - London. Pours unclear blood-red with a creamy, light pink head. Lightly tart, lightly bitter, with some ripening cherry, a little fruit leather. Light bodied with fine carbonation and creamy texture. Tangy finish, more tart cherry, soft plum, relaxed acidity. Nice one.

Little cloudy bright red to orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: infected, sourish, nice fruity notes, funky, some raspberry, little metallic, but good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, some yoghurt, acidic touch, good! Aftertaste: fruity, lots of cherries.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen - vibrant red pour with a white sight pinkish tinged head. Resonating notes of fruity plum and cherry, dark plum fruit, plum skin, medium body and light acidity, tart fruity into the finish.

Growler shared thanks to the Wingman Dave for this one. A hazed deep purple red plum coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is tart mixed berry fruit, plum, red grape, low milky, yougurty funk. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Tart, woody berries, funk, raspberry, plum, little pepper,. Lingering tart woodland fruit and yogurt funk. Palate is semi sweet, light tart, moderate carbonation. Good.

On tap at Unit 9. Pours an orange red pink with a slowly fading off white head. Aroma is a lot of cherry and plum, tart jammy fruits, a little funk too. Taste is a pretty tart plum hit, lots of freshness in there, cherry kicks in then and adds sweetness. A nice fun fruit sour.
