To amp up our Pay it Forward Cocoa Porter, we’ve tucked it away in Kentucky bourbon barrels & bottle conditioned it to a balanced decadence. From the hefty addition of ethically sourced cacao nibs, to the roasted notes from the dark malts, the Bourbon subtleties laced throughout this brew make it definitively complimentary.

Sample at Dutch’s during Cincinnati Beer Week. This beer pours a dark brown color with a medium khaki head that recedes steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of chocolate, malt and mild bourbon. Medium to full body with flavors of chocolate malt, bourbon and a touch of coffee. The finish is mildly boozy with a bourbon, vanilla and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
