Draft. Lactic lemon, biscuit malt, barnyard, and hay aroma. Hazy yellow with small head. Mildly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, mildly sour barnyard, and mildly bitter hay/grass flavor. Nice mixture of funk and hops.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours mostly clear yellow with a creamy, white head. The aroma gives away biscuits, light grass, soft musty hay. Light sweet flavour with mild lemony notes, hints of tang, more hay, a little more grass, melon. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean and nicely balanced to finish, with more lemon elements, light bitter hay, crunchy straw, more biscuit, sourdough, hints of cellar. Good one.

Tap. Pours quite hazy pale golden, medium of white head, nice lacing. Aroma is simcoe, field grass, grapefruit, dank. Flavor is dry, very light bitter, earthy, grassy, herbal, citrus, hint of dank. Medium body. Good beer
