A traditionally spiced wit, brewed with orange peel, coriander and fermented with a traditional Belgian wit yeast. It has a dry, thirst quenching finish, perfect for summer in North Carolina.

Bottle: Slightly hazy pale gold, white head. Orange, wheat aroma. Wheat malt, orange-lemon taste..... Ok, but not a lot of zest to it.

Bottle. Musty lemon, coriander, and wheat malt aroma. Clear golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet citrus, coriander, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Body pretty light.

Clear golden and lighty tinted copper body with a thin, very fast-dying white head. Aroma of coriander seed, tons of curacao and full oranges, some yeast, white pepper and a hint of grass - very light and complementary of the style. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very orange-y flavours with a good light wheat kick, some light alcohol and hints of herbs and hay. Aftertaste shows a dry character on the finish with a little yeast, some wheat, honey, grass and definitely curacao - nice and light. Overall, a very nice wit with a herbal and grassy character, but light oranges and wheat makes this an easy drink. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Total Wine in Cary, North Carolina, on 02-August-2014 for US$1,99 sampled at home in Washington on 30-March-2015.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, bottle says 4.3% abv, bottle on date is not marked, poured into a glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is light coriander, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small bubble lacing. Taste is light orange, some coriander, and finishes cardboard. Seems to be an old bottle.

12oz bottle-pours hazy yellow with a white ring. Aroma is light malt, sour. Taste is lacto, light malt, sour then something I was confused by. I saw Butters mention Thai curry, I will go along with that. I read the label twice looking for ‘with Jalepenos’ or something similar without any luck.

12 ounce bottle from Lowes Foods, Hickory, NC, opened 4/10/11. Pours a slightly hazy orange-yellow color with a medium sized frothy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. The aroma is weird... sweet and candy-ish like Smarties. Citrus, bubblegum. Odd. the taste is citrus, wheat, nutty notes, bready notes, tart finish. Medium bodied.

A hazy blonde wit with a thin white head. A light spice wheaty aroma with light suflury notes. In mouth, a decent light wit with nice cloves and fruity esters. A summer quaffer. On tap at Great North Carolina Brewers Fest., August 28 2010.
